White Sands Lembeh offers affordable quarantine accommodation packages as follows:

(0-5 years old children sharing bedroom with parents are Free of Charge and 6-10 YO will be charged 50% of the adult rate)

Please note that the length of the quarantine is regulated by the Ministry of Health and the National Covid task force, it could change at any time and we are not able to adjust it. The local Covid task force is in charge for checking travelers and for PCR and to dismiss the travelers at the end of the quarantine.

Rates include: accommodation in air-conditioned Oceanfront Cottage, full board (the full board meal plan begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day – all other meals will be charged extra), mineral water, welcome drink, internet access (free), return airport transfers, applicable government taxes.

Rates do not include: tips, laundry service, all extras, visa fees, airport taxes, any insurance or all extras and activities not specified in “Rates include” and RT-PCR Test on the day before the end of the quarantine. It could be arranged at the resort.

Relevant Government Regulation

Singapore Transit Regulation.

Currently the only international flight to Manado are operated by Scoot (Singapore Airlines group) twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday.

However please note that transit is allowed only if the flight coming into Singapore and the flight out to Manado are on the same ticket, one PNR, if not you will be denied check in at your origin airport.

Covid Regulation to enter Indonesia.

Currently any international traveler, being a Indonesian citizen returning home or a foreigner visiting Indonesia, is subject to the following requirements:
1. Temporarily Foreign Citizens, who have been in the following listed countries in the previous 14 days are not allowed to enter Indonesia: South Africa, Botswana, Hong Kong, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, and Lesotho.
International travelers with the status of Indonesian citizens from abroad are allowed to enter Indonesia while still following the strict health protocols set by the government.
2. All international travelers, both Indonesian citizens and foreigners, must comply with the following conditions/requirements:
a. Comply with the provisions of the health protocol set by the government;
b. Show that the card or certificate (physical or digital) has received the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before departure as a requirement to enter Indonesia.
In the event that the Indonesian or foreigner citizens has not received the vaccine abroad, he will be vaccinated at the quarantine place upon arrival in Indonesia after the second RT-PCR examination with a negative result is carried out, with the following conditions:
a) Foreigner Citizens aged 12 – 17 years;
b) Holders of diplomatic residence permits and official residence permits; and/or
c) Holders of a limited stay permit card (KITAS) and a permanent residence permit card (KITAP).
It is required a negative RT-PCR test 3X24 to travel to Indonesia.
Indonesian citizens from the country/region as referred to in number 1 can still enter the territory of Indonesia by re-testing the RT-PCR upon arrival (provided for free by North  Sulawesi Government) and are required to undergo quarantine for 14 x 24 hours.
International travelers from all other countries are required to re-test RT-PCR upon arrival (provided for free by North  Sulawesi Government) and are required to undergo quarantine for 10 x 24 hours.
For Indonesian citizens and foreigners, a second RT-PCR test is carried out with the following conditions:
a) On the 9th day of quarantine for international travelers who are quarantined for a duration of 10In the event that the RT-PCR retest as referred to in letter k shows a negative result, Indonesian citizens and foreigners are allowed to continue their journey x 24 hours; or
b) On the 13th day of quarantine for international travelers who are quarantined with a duration of 14 x 24 hours.
If the RT-PCR shows a negative result, Indonesian citizens and foreigners are allowed to continue their journey.
