Eco Divers ends Kungkungan Bay Resort contract


Eco Divers has ended the contract to manage Kungkungan Bay Resort in Lembeh Strait, Indonesia, as from 24 August 2009.

Eco Divers' Managing Director, Jim Yanny, explains, "It has been our great pleasure to have been associated with KBR. We thank the resort's owners for having given us the opportunity and we leave with fond memories. In the five and a half years that we've managed KBR we've enjoyed many wonderful times.

  • we were the first resort to host an underwater photo competition for Asian Diver Magazine.
  • we've been honoured with visits from several high-profile guests.
  • we've had amazing support from our many guests who have chosen KBR for their holidays, for which we are particularly grateful.

We're proud to be handing the resort back to its owners in great shape. The grounds are well tended and the dive centre has never looked better."

Although Eco Divers will not manage the resort after 24 August, be assured that the owners will honour all existing bookings.
