We're lucky to have chosen your Tasik Ria resort for our holiday. The staff there are friendly, happy and attentive. We were looked after well by Daniel, the resort manager. Even though our stay was so short, he made every effort to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. For example, we missed the barbecue night and seafood night, however, Daniel asked the chef to prepare us a sumptuous and delicious seafood dinner on our last evening in your resort. On the last day, we were supposed to check put at 10:45 am, but we wanted to do a massage before our departure. Again, Daniel arranged for us to have an early massage at 8:30 am. Daniel has a cheerful attitude towards all the guests. He also introduced other staff to us, like Grace and also the chef. From the first day of our arrival at your beautiful resort to our last day, we had nothing to complain about or anything that we lacked. It's such a world class service with a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. Even the staff at the dive shop and the dive boat people are wonderful. They are helpful and attentive and we would highly recommend your resort to our diver friends or friends who want to have a getaway in Indonesia. One day, we will come back to visit and stay in your beautiful resort again. Next time, we would definitely stay longer. Liza Li, Hong Kong |

To the Crew & Divemaster of Aquatica. We had a fabulous time, the logistics where superb & everything ran like clockwork. Melky & Gunthur worked very very hard to show us the whale shark (just kidding) but they did show us all kinds of strange and wonderful critters we would have missed- baby frogfish, leaf fish, school of squid, robust ghost pipe fish… We had a wonderful time and we will be back! Thank you so very much for a fantastic two weeks at Tasik Ria and KBR. My diving travels have taken me all over the world in the last 20 years and I think that you guys have ended up in a very special place indeed. Certainly there are few dive operations I've ever visited that have been so efficient and well managed. The personal service we received from your guides in both operations was amazing. After the fabulous week we enjoyed at Tasik Ria, Ray, Sarah and I headed off to KBR thinking it would take something incredible to top our experience. And then of course KBR just blew us away! There's something infectious about the place that seems to call you back - I understand why you have so many repeat visitors! Once again thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.
